New brand identity and interface solutions for Quillorama - the most popular bowling center in Quebec City. The venue had experienced significant growth without modernizing its operations to handle the new demand. Our challenge was to design a new interface ecosystem that would power Quillorama's brand and make the client experience more valuable.
Without a unified system, customers faced long wait times and service delays, while staff struggled with operational bottlenecks. We identified opportunities to streamline these interactions and improve efficiency across all touchpoints. We created a single platform that seamlessly connected reservations, gameplay, food ordering, and maintenance to enhance both customer experience and venue management.
My focus was on designing the reservation and food service systems to simplify booking and ordering. Below are screenshots showcasing my contributions to the project.
